  I found the service at this location to be very helpful and friendly. We were on vacation and needed to ship my camera tripod home. The whole process took less than ten minutes and the package arrived home on the date scheduled. I highly recommend this UPS store.

  Non-courteous, non-professional personnel, completely exorbitant pricing, bad products (their packing tape is pathetic and costs $4) and they actually charge $0.25 to take your USPS items to the post office. Seriously, some woman that works there drives to the P.O. and drops your items off and expects the surcharge. It is a horrible local business and I believe that if UPS saw the way this retail location is run, they would shut it down. I am not a competitor, I have nothing to gain by slamming this location - I am just telling you that it sucks.

  Attendant was good and handled us along w several others...if she worked for me I'd be very happy that she could handle 4 customers consecutively and effectively. She had terrible BO so no 5 stars for u today.

  This is the only ups I've ever been to that doesn't have a notary their all the time and even when he is their he only does it by apt? Why wouldn't I go to a bank first then? It's supposed to be convenient that's why their are their but not at this place
